▼Types of Library Card

Type 1　library Card

Type 2　library Card （T Card）

You must have a valid library card to check out books.
Either the Type 1 library Card or the Type 2 library Card can be used.

T Cards (Type 2) are issued only at Tokuyama-ekimae Library.
Either Type 1 or Type 2 library Card can be used at Tokuyama-ekimae Library, The Chuo Library, Shin-Nanyo Library, Kumage Library, Kano Library and Mobile Library.

▼How to Apply

You need proper identification (eg Driver's License or other ID with your name and address) to apply.
Children under 12 years old must obtain the signature of their guardian.
Fill out the library Card Application form and submit the form together with personal identification document to the library counter.

▼Notes

• library card may be used only by the person to whom the card was issued to.
• If you lose your card or change your address or phone number, please contact the library as soon as possible.

▼Handling of Personal Information

Personal information of the library users shall be used solely for the purpose of library operations and for no toher purposes.
Check out records linked to personal information shall be immediately deleted from the system upon return.
