On the western side of the library there is a Tokuyama station West parking lot directly connected to the library. (Capacity: 125 cars, open 24 hours) The first hour is free for everybody. The next hour will be charged at 200 yen and charged at a rate of 100 yen every 30 minutes thereafter.
No car parking space may be available due to heavy demand. You are requested to use public transport as much as possible.

Bicycle parking facility is available Near the JR Tokuyama Station. (Capacity: about 450 units to the east side and about 300 units to the west side) There is no charge for using this facility.
